Create LINK/LOOK UP in data entry form

    Dear all,

I've created a form for data entry and want to create a link in it so that it automatically "looks up" the name when I insert en personel number (see attachment for my relationship scheme and printscreen). The name is in another table (but linked by personel ID)/

Anybody a clue on how i can fix this?

    Dear regards,

Can't look at the sample right now, but does this work for you?
