    Data normalization, ie; duplicate records

Building a movie collection database. I've got 2 instances in which there are duplicate movies: ie; Men in Black and star track. Variable is cost and type; ie: MIN cost is 15 for one copy, 10.00 for the other. One copy of Star Trek is Blue Ray, the other is DVD.

I started out making a database based on Movie titles, but that's going to create duplicates. Watched some data normalization youtubes and am totally lost.
Fields are: Title, year, genre, cost, media type, date of purchase.

    HELP, please.

Here is a tutorial that deals with a "business problem" and a process to identify entities and relationships. It also has some guidelines and answers.
I think you would find it useful with normalization.
    Good luck.
