When opening form, it automatically jumps to a field

    Hi,

I'm having this minor problem that's a little annoying. Every time I open up my form, it jumps to a combo box I have on my form. I have already checked the Form Properties and On Load it has nothing.

So, I'm not sure why it's happening. Any help would be appreciated.

The combo box is probably set to be the 0 position in the tab order, which is the default where the form will open to if you do not specify where to Set Focus on when the form is loaded.

I solved it. If anyone ever encounters this problem do this.

Click on the desired field you want to be first when the form opens > Property Sheet > Other > Tab Index > Type 0 in the field

    Done!

Actually, 0 is the lowest index value for TabOrder.

Oh okay. No problem. I'll change it to that then. Thanks.
