SubForm: Creating a Subform but do not want it displayed as datasheet but as form

I created a subform in MS ACCESS 2010 on my mainform all the data from the table connected to that subform is displayed one record at a time


in textboxes. How can I get the subform to be displayed as a subform or form not as a datasheet?

If you open the subform in design view, you can open the properties for the subform. In the format section one of the options is to set the default view. You can choose to have the default view as a "single form". This way your subform will show up in form view on the main form instead of as a datasheet.
