Preventive Maintenance forms. Update/save history. Can i use Access for this?

I am somewhat new to Access and have started creating forms and tables. For my work, we do Preventive Maintenance at 30 or so work sites. I am still working on the Form for this. We do this maintenance twice a year at most sites, 4 times for a few others. Most info in the Maintenance report is not going to change, but some will. But I dont want to over write a table when entering this data in for a site, after each maintenance visit. Is it possible to have a history of each maintenance visit saved in Access? What are the general steps to accomplish this?

Sorry, it may sound confusing. If you have any questions on what Im trying to do, please ask. And I appreciate any responses.

Yes, that would require a table of records for each visit.

Maintenance type database has been discussed.

Search the forum for: maintenance database

    Start with a review of:

How to attach file: http://www.accessforums.net/showthread.php?t=70301 To provide db: copy, remove confidential data, run compact & repair, zip w/Windows Compression.
