Database that gets more specific with decisions

I need to design a section of my database that gets more specific with the choices you choose.

    Example:
Country -> Size -> Metal Type -> Design

Each one determines what is available out of the next one. For example if its international only certain sizes are available. If choose The largest size only certain metals are available. If you choose a certain metal only certain designs are available.

At the end I have to take every combination and store what inventory is needed to make that item. I think this can just be stored in a simple table with a reference to the model number.

How can I design a database that does this? I was thinking maybe a yes/no spreadsheet but even then it seems overly complicated. I must be missing something...

In your form that is bound to a table, you can create cascading combo boxes. Here is a link on one way of doing that.

Thank you! That will work perfectly. Was sitting here banging my head against a wall working on all the other parts of the application trying to figure out how I was going to tackle this problem.

This is only my second access application for a client. While I went to school for IT with a database concentration, I'm still relatively new to real world development and uses.
