Faster movement of Report object with pictures when scrolling

    Good Morning,

My report has in each row at least 1 picture which is about 1.5" square when open; however, when trying to scroll up or down the pictures dazzles on and off while the pausing the scroll which moves slowly. If the pictures are removed the scrolling movement is normal.

How can this report scrolling be made more efficient?

    Thanks.

The short answer is it can't. Graphics are going to be clunky in any Access database if you're trying to cycle through them quickly because they all have to be rendered as you're going through them.

    Slow moving Graphics

Thanks, but I wonder why the same don't happen on the internet page which can also be considered as a database?

Browsers are built to handle graphics intensive displays. Access isn't. Web code (I'm a novice at it so someone may be able to add something) is also built around the arrangement of pre-existing graphics files, so for instance if you're rendering a graph it's created at the time you run it whereas a web page is put together as a bunch of images don't have to be individually rendered.
