Concatenate two fields

I concatenated two fields in a query for a cbo, one field has cpt# the other descriptions. CPT# can vary with respect to maybe a four digit, five digit, etc. Because of this, when joining these fields, descriptions are not lined up. Is it possible to fix this?

Check out the Space() function (use with Len).

Within your concatenation, to add the appropriate number of spaces between the fields.

thanks Paul, I initially tried it there and thought I was doing something wrong, it returns the same results as using &" "&. It's a small issue, so I won't worry about resolving it.

I tried inserting Space(6), since I wasn't sure how else to put it. Doesn't matter though, I've moved on to the next phase. Thanks for your advice
