Code stops working after restarting?!?!

I've been having trouble getting simple code to work after I save the db, shutdown and re-start.

for example: a simple access db consisting of one form with one textbox.

Private Sub Text0_Click()
Me![Text0] = Now()
End Sub

and it works fine. BUT.... as soon as I save and exit and restart it STOPS working?!?!



Can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong?
