Not sure what you want. You want user to input an OrderID and that existing record will be displayed on the form?

    Is the form bound?

For one method of filtering form, review: http://datapigtechnologies.com/flash...tomfilter.html
How to attach file: http://www.accessforums.net/showthread.php?t=70301 To provide db: copy, remove confidential data, run compact & repair, zip w/Windows Compression.
