    Building relationships

I need to formulate a consumer database with huge a amount of information involved. I know that there is a way to link tables and forms, but don't know how to go about it.

this is a very vague question with a mixed message.

Are you designing a database from scratch or are you attempting to LINK data from a different source (a SQL or Oracle database for instance). Your post mentions linking tables.
What do you consider 'huge' amounts of information?

If you are designing a database from the ground up you will want to do some reading on good design. Primarily with the concepts of NORMALIZING a database (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Database_normalization)

There are literally millions of articles about properly normalizing a database. Once you think you have a handle on those concepts you can start talking about forms which are a method for the average user to interact with your database to add/update/delete data.
