Group and Sum Records in a Query

I have an Access query that I need to group by Transaction Code and then show the SumFormatAmt if the total is >1000. I am really, really new to Access and this is my first attempt at building a database. I am attaching screen shots of my table and my query. Any help would be appreciated.

What is the issue? The query structure looks fine.

Consider building a report using Grouping & Sorting features with aggregate calcs in group header/footer sections. This will allow display of detail records as well summary calculations. Access Help has guidelines.

Group and Sum REcords in a Query

I am attaching screen shots of my report and table. As you can see the report should be giving me the total of both TC Code 18 but it is only giving me the one that is over the 1000 alone.

I would have to know more about the data the >1000 criteria is applied to. If you want want to provide db for analysis, follow instructions at bottom of my post.

I have attached a copy of the Database. This is not real data so no issues with that. Thanks for your help.

TCtoBreakoutQuery - A has >1000 criteria applied to a calculated field. $1,000,000/1000 is not > 1000 so that record is not retrieved. The query is working correctly as designed.

Could you give me a suggestion as to how the query should be designed to get what I want?

Not really sure what you want. Maybe criteria: >=1000
