    Calculate avg in a report

    Hi All,

Have been working with access for a while and now am struggling to find a solution for the below mentioned problem. Can anyone help me please?

I have created a report from a table. The table has two fields called “Start date” and “End date”. I have calculated the difference between these days in the report (DateDiff). This value is not stored anywhere. It is generated dynamically in the report.
Now I need to find out the average value from the field meeting some conditions. For example say there are 20 rows in the report. I want to find the values in the “DateDiff” in the report which are greater than or equal to 5. Say there are 10 rows which are having values greater than or equal to 5. Then I want to calculate the following. (No of rows >=5/total no of rows) * 100. since I don’t have the “Datediff” stored anywhere I am pretty confused to get the value. Can anyone help me please?

    Thank you very much
