Exclamation Query - Not passing a module on time

I am looking after the Professional Development database for all staff.

Staff complete modules and if they fail they can retry. eg. see below. It shows that I eventually passed the module. If I hadn't passed the module by the due date how do I show this in my query. I have put in the Tests Status <>"Passed" but this does not show the modules not passed by the due date. Any help would be appreciated.

Not sure what you want. You have a field TestTiming that shows if completed within timeframe.

Do you want query to show only the most recent attempt? Do you want query to list module with staff even if they have not made any attempt yet?
How to attach file: http://www.accessforums.net/showthread.php?t=70301 To provide db: copy, remove confidential data, run compact & repair, zip w/Windows Compression.
