Your tables and the relationships are not correct I think.



You have 2 junction tables I don't think you need.
CLI_MAN_ACC and BAN_CLI_MAN

Take a look at your tables again.
I have not idea what goes together because I can't read them.
When you need to add a relationship add the ID of the Parent table to the child table.
In other words add the ID to the many table.

Another tip.
Do not use Captions in your tables.
This can make things confusing when troubleshooting.
