sent subform data to query

Hi ..
i have database

On the main form i have create two combobox and one textbox and one subform

after i run the filter by using the combobox and text box, the subform on the main form will show the filter result..

I want the filter result which show on the subform to be sent into query..

can anyone show the way to do it ..



I really confused and don't know how to do it..
