Went printing to invoice it each item goes on separate pages...

When printing to Invoice/Quote/Order (reports in PDF) it takes each item and puts each item on each page ..thus wasting space.

    Here is the following:

those three items are not listed together on the quote/order to be sent to customer..see bottom of this page and you can see how many pages it goes to..

Try making the detail section of your report as small as possible.

Now make the section above the detail section smaller.
look at the report in Layout view to see how it will look when printed.

I find it easier to make changes in design view and stitch back to Layout view.

Sorry Stephanie, I don't have an answer for this.

I have never send an e-mail from Access.

I had the same problem and my solution was to put the subreport into the report header rather than in the detail section. When you put it in the detail section, it wants to print one form for each record (item on your list/report).
    Hope that helps.
