access contract monitor tables

Hi... i am new user of MS access and i am learning from youtube so please help...

My task is to create a table for around 100 contracts... columns are: name, contractor, contract start date, financial progress, end of contract, and other information. so that later i can get several information like progrem, warnings about ending of contract and else...

i don't see relations to create several tables, so i start to create only one table...

how could I for one contract (item) list several firms that are jointly (JV) perform contract, so that i can letter find all contract that are performing xy firm?

First off, if you are using just one table you most likely do not have it normalized.
If you could please upload your database so we can take a look at it and better offer suggestions.

Non-Normalized are a disaster waiting to happen in databaseing.

this is procurement plan in excell... very similar is table that i have to prepare for contract monitoring plan

I did not insert any data yet... they told me that planing is most important... :-)
