Sorting a Access field using Excel 2007 commands

Is there a way of Sorting a Access field using Excel 2007 commands just like the button AtoZ or ZtoA in the Home Tab in Sort & Filter Section in Access 2007?

I am adding data to the end of table1.
I want to sort field3 in table1 sequentially from Excel 2007.
    Then renumber field1 in table1.
    Is this possible?
