    Combo box filter on last 6 characters on a Form

    I have a Combo Box on my Form linked to a field containing 17 characters. I need to be able to filter the results in the Combo Box on the last 6 characters as a value is typed.Any help appreciated.

    Not sure what you mean by 'filter the results in the Combo Box'. Is this a dependent combobox - RowSource list is dependent on value in another control? Or you just want AutoExpand to match the last 6 characters?

    Show the combobox RowSource SQL statement. Maybe something like:

    SELECT ID, Right([fieldname],6) AS somename, ... FROM tablename;
