log in procedure

Dear all
I have a Database with 3 users - in my Database when it opened by my users start up form is opening and each of them must edit own record on it
for example user 1 can edit(add) text box 1 ,4,5


user 2 can edit(add 7 deleting) text box 1 ,4,5
user 3 can edit text box 3,6
could you please show me how I can a log in security for each of them

Then code or Conditional Formatting will have to enable/disable controls on form according to who is logged in.
