Query showing count of the number of suppliers in each state?

I'm creating a query from a table of suppliers, and I need to show a count of the number of suppliers in each state sorted by state. I'm quite new to access, and would appreciate any help or advice! Thank you!

Try an aggregate (Totals) query with grouping on suppliers and state. Access Help has guidelines on creating Totals queries.

Or build a report and use Grouping & Sorting features with aggregate calcs in group footer. Again, Access Help has guidelines on building reports.
