Question using database and forms on intranet

    Hi, below is my requirement.

    1. Build an empty db in access
    2. share a form with all the fields of the db with users over intranet.
    3. whenever a user fills the form, saves and submits it, it should get updated in the database. Also send a mail to a certain mail-id.

The database will be on my desktop. all the users desktops are connected using a office network(intranet).

any help regarding this is really appreciated.

    Thanks a lot,
    VJPKR.

A database with multiple users can work without splitting but it is usually best to split.
How to attach file: http://www.accessforums.net/showthread.php?t=70301 To provide db: copy, remove confidential data, run compact & repair, zip w/Windows Compression.
