Creating an Assembly Form to transfer to Quote form...

I have this issue....



I am trying to create an Assembly Form (where when customers call the Sales team build the product according to what the customer wants...)

Then I want it to show on the Quote Form but not with all the prices of every little part but only as a Final Cost after total assembly.

the Sales team need to see the costs of each as certian customers get a certian price quote and the accounting team needs to be double sure that the sales team is selecting the correct price for these said customers.

I would like to try to set that if select a certian customer that they have the price code of A or B or C, etc. and it automatically tallies up for that customer if can be done.

Can someone help me on how I can do anything like this?

Ok i have all the relationship I need at this point...and even created part of the form/subform...but here is the issues...

How can I get it to show on the quote form and not on our Assembly form??
