Eliminate Duplicate (mirrored) Results

I am running a query and keep getting duplicate results which are always mirrored. Example:

Jim	New York	4	5	Miami	Mandy
Mandy	Miami	5	4	New York	Jim

Is there any way to avoid this from happening?

I see 4 tables/queries involved:

SBT
ARQ_SBT_DB
ARQ_to_Right
Right

Think I am going to need source tables and all queries to analyse this. If you want to provide db follow instructions at bottom of my post.
