I also want that my searchform entry can be case independent.
This is I have gone: Union query > query > Search form
Don't understand your last post.
I don't know why the UNION is not showing all the linked data. Would have to examine files.
I recommend you eliminate Excel from this process.

The union is working but from the union query I have created another query.
In the table form of this new query data is coming only from 2 tables out of 4 and that is my problem. only
Show the second query for analysis.
If you want to provide db for analysis, follow instructions at bottom of my post.
Access is not case sensitive, it sees upper and lower case the same.

2nd query:
SELECT
UnionQuery1.Name1,
UnionQuery1.Number1,
UnionQuery1.Product Detail,
UnionQuery1.Status,
UnionQuery1.Size,
UnionQuery1.Price,
FROM UnionQuery1
In UnionQuery1 table "Name1" is in last column.
Where as in the 2nd query table "Name1" is in first column. This is needed to be done this way.
Still could not find out what is wrong yet !!! Tried in various ways !!!
Did my response to your PM help? Is that the complete SQL statement?

Record problem is same. Yes its the complete SQL statement.
Your PM showed filter criteria. Not seeing that in the above example. I can only help further if you provide db for analysis.
