Product Database

Hi Guys,



I'm trying to build a database for my small business. I'm about to create a product table for all my products.

i don't want to use autonumbers as I will be entering products as I go

i want to have my products listed beginning with WT-00001 to WT-20,000

is there a way to automatically add these numbers so I don't have to enter them all individually?

Don't put too much intelligence into codes. Use (atomic) fields that have a single meaning and purpose.
