convert number to text number like in cheque

i want to know how can we convert the total which we have on report in the the text.i mean lets say total is 420$ so in that case,i want this figure in words saying four hundred twnty dollars......pls someone help me as ive been given this assignment and nw this is giving me headache as ive tried it a no. of times.
