Hello all ...
I've created some pretty basic databases over the last several years and I am in the beginning phase of building the most complex thus far. This database is a customer complaint tracker for a call center. Ultimately, the person who will be using this database will really only be using ONE form in addition to whatever queries/reports I end up building.
This form includes several fields, combining the agent's info with the customer's info. However, each complaint involves several interactions w/ several customer service agents. So on the form, I would like the user to fill out the customer's info (CustomerName, CustomerAcctNumber, etc.). Below the customer's information, I would like to allow the user the option of selecting/entering multiple agents. The customer information does not need to change for each interaction entry. The interaction entries will include the agent's info (AgentName, AgentMgr, Comments, etc.). I have no problem building forms that allow the user to input the information for ONE agent interaction, but how the heck do I allow multiple entries on the same form from the same Agent table? Hope this makes sense! Thank youuuuuuuuuuuuu ....
