Db sync in Ms access

Dear Experts;



I have an access db on machine 1 and another access db on machine 2. I need to delete all the contents in the access db on machine 1 and then copy and past the contents of the access db on machine 2 into the access db on machine 1. How do I go about doing so? Thank you

sounds like you rename db on machine 1 and copy db 2 to machine 1

no that wouldnt help because the forms are different

import the tables.. you can rename the existing tables and import the ones from the other database..

you could copy the db that has the data you want to a new database..

then remove all the forms out of the copied database..

then link the table to your other database..

So are you saying the best approach is to import the tables and remane the existing table...if so, how do i go about importing tables in access
