Subtrating Time in Consecutive Query Rows

Hi, I'm looking for a solution to subtract time in a Query from a table linked to a txt file.

Date	Hour	Description	Difference
25-07-2012	4:41:59 AM	Restartinfo: Linje=3808 X/Y/Z/V=(3506, 3509, 0, 360°

4:43:10 AM

Restartinfo: Linje=3808 X/Y/Z/V=(3506, 3509, 0, 0°)
