    #Deleted On form

    Hello

In my form, I have a checkbox that, when checked, writes that record to a table and deletes the record from its current table. Everything works great except; if I have more than 1 record to delete, when I click the checkbox for the second record, I get the access pop up that tells me a record has been deleted (and you can see the deleted record on the form). I don't mind seeing it there, but whatever I do next I get the popup telling me that a record has been deleted. Is there anyway to suppress this?

    Thank you

    Terry

I'm a newbie, but I guess there might be something wrong in your delete query (if you do use a delete query to delete records), or something wrong in default value of your check box?

I've met similar problem before, but that's because I've made mistakes in my delete query.

    #Deleted on form

    Hello

I don't believe there is a problem in the delete query. I remember when taking my oracle courses that the db will hold the deleted spot in the table intil it is "Committed", once refreshed, there is no problem. However, to refresh it so that access sees it requires either clicking somewhere or trying to do something on that form. It is more of a nuisance than anything. Im going to try suppressing warnings to see if that does it.

    Thank you
    Terry
