    Question How do you change a Yes to a No once a Report is printed?

    When adding a new envelope number to the database, I print a report of all the new numbers that have been added. How do you automatically change the Yes/No box from a yes to a no once the report has been printed?

    Use VBA code to execute an UPDATE query, something like:

    CurrentDb.Execute "UPDATE tablename SET fieldname = TRUE WHERE fieldname = FALSE;

    Under which event this should be executed? I tried the onPrint event but it was changing the value when I go to the print preview.

    Maybe in the same procedure that opens the report or in the report Close event.
