We have a database designed that's used print order information onto a label that includes shipment number, product number, product description, and qty. If I right click the report and pull up print preview it pulls up all of our current orders and everything is correct. If I select to print from this option the selected pages print out with all of the correct information. To keep our shipping department from having to click through numerous pages of the report print preview we created a form that requires them to input the shipment number and select a button coded with DoCmd.OpenReport to open the specific report in print preview. When the report print preview is generated though all of the information is correct except for the product description. The description is correct for the first listed product number but every description after that is the same as the first, even though the product number changes.
Has anyone ran into something like this before and if so, what do you suggest I change to get this working correctly?
This is a database on Office 2007 but formatted for 2003.
