    prompt criteria issues

    Hi

I have a query which prompts the user for two inputs, statements as below:

    Prompt 1 - Like "*" & [Retreader Agent] & "*"
    Prompt 2 - Like "*" & [Casing Status] & "*"

If i enter a value into prompt 1 it returns a result straight away and does not let me enter a second value.

I need to be able to enter the second value, or even better set the value manually so that the user does not have to enter it. I did try this as ="Pending Collection" but if i do that it still refuses to ask the user for prompt 1.

Why is this and how can i solve it?

    Thank you for your help
