    Question Subform scrolling issue

I have a real dilemma going on with my application. I was all done and ready for testing when I noticed that one of my subforms when it only has one record the scroll bar appears but as soon as someone clicks in the record it disappears. On this subform there are many fields so even for one record it goes below the screen so I need the scrollbar to appear and let the users scroll down to see the rest of the fields. When there are multiple records it works fine.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you to everyone for all the help with all my posts. The help has been great.

Have you set the vertical scroll bar to on in the forms properties? Access is trying to do the guess work for you and it assumes that only one record does not need the scroll, sometimes you have to force it to do things.

I am having the same problem with a sub form in datasheet view. The horizontal scroll bar shows but the vertical scroll bar does not. If I view the sub form by itself the vertical scroll bar shows - Wierd?

I, too, am waiting/watching for a solution, thanks.

I deleted the sub form from the master form and then re-installed the sub form onto the master form and the vertical scroll bar is back - why? I don't know but it worked.
