Exclamation Running a Query Via Macro is Filtering ODBC Table

I have a form that exports multiple documents for a selected record in order to create a complete package. However, when I click the export button, it's somehow causing the ODBC tables to be filtered in table view until I close the form.

    For instance:
One query returns the client's mailing address. In the address table, it has the client's ID and an Address Type that act as a primary key. This query selects the client's mailing address only (as opposed to remittance, PO Box, etc.) After the macro exports everything, the address table in datasheet view only shows mailing addresses (about 350 records). As soon as I close the form with the macro button on it, it shows the full 4,762 records.

Any idea what could be causing this??

    Thanks in advance!

Is the original query being filtered by an element on the form that is open or on one in the background?

If I'm understanding what you're asking correctly, the answer is both. The specific client name is selected via a text box on the form. However, the "mailing address" condition is done on the criteria line within the query.
