=[Forms]![Records]![CboEmpname] command retrive data from CboEmpname from Form Records . If the Bound column propert of CboEmpname is set to 1, than "=[Forms]![Records]![CboEmpname.Column(2)]" will not be able to retrive anything
Set one more CboEmpname 1 in form and Set Column 2 as primary data(First column )to show in report

I had checked the same and it work fine
I had added different Text Box with control Source
=[Forms]![ADD BANK PAYING SLIP FORM]![Reciept Issued To Enrollment ID].[Column](0)
=[Forms]![ADD BANK PAYING SLIP FORM]![Reciept Issued To Enrollment ID].[Column](1)
=[Forms]![ADD BANK PAYING SLIP FORM]![Reciept Issued To Enrollment ID].[Column](2)
=[Forms]![ADD BANK PAYING SLIP FORM]![Reciept Issued To Enrollment ID].[Column](3)
I think your Code Closing Bracket is at wrong place
Try my code by using your Form Name and Field name
