We are currently using our calendar on our school website as a sort of student tracking for transportation. Each day we enter the students name on the calendar that bring a note in about getting off at a different location or riding a different bus that day or maybe for a future day. Some times we can put in a span of time that students will be staying after ie. every Tuesday for Girl Scouts. I would like to create a form for the data entry part of this but have a report that I can run every day and something that can generate a bus pass for the students based on this information (currently handwriting each bus pass). The report would show the date, teacher's name, class/grade, bus and location of drop off. Does this sound logical to do with an Access database? Can a calendar be put in that shows the date in the table or report?
