    Limit on inputting records

Hi, i am using Access 2000 and am wondering if i will have limit to how many records i can input. Or is there a limit on file size the database grows to? like said before i am new to this which is why i am using an older version of access cause it just seems much simpler. i also have access 2007 and 2010, would those have limits also? the input forms only contain 5 fields but we have over 250,000 orders of information to input. i dont want to get to 10,000 input records and have Access tell me that i have reached the limit. i've read about MS SQL Server but its much more expensive than access, and my Access' came with my office suites.

thank you in advance for your comments and hope to hear from someone soon. Charlie
