I need some advise on ACCESS Relationships. Please come in and take a look

Hi, I need some help on Microsoft Access.

    Example..

In a table I have student name, 3 course, 7 subject.
Course 1 consist of 1,2,3,4 subject
Course 2 consist of 3,4,5,6 subject
Course 3 consist of 4,5,6,7 subject

During the form input, the student can either enter the course or subject.
If he choose 3-7 subject, during the report, it will show he complete Course 2,3 and all the subject taken.

If he choose course 2 & 3, during the report, it will show he complete Course 2,3 and all the subject taken.

Both will remove those duplicate subject.

So how do I do it? relationship? query?
Btw I use Multiple Values Lookup in both Course and Subject. Is more convenience for me. But is there any issue or conflict for other functions?

Thanks in advance. I hope someone can give me some tips on doing this.

I refuse to use multi-value fields because of issues they cause. You should thoroughly research before deciding on using. Start with http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/ac...001233722.aspx

Sorry don't understand the data well enough to offer suggestions on your issue.
How to attach file: http://www.accessforums.net/showthread.php?t=70301 To provide db: copy, remove confidential data, run compact & repair, zip w/Windows Compression.

If you want readers to comment on your relationships, you should give us - in plain English - a few lines of exactly WHAT it is you are trying to do.

3 or 4 lines should be sufficient.

Please reply to this thread with any new information or opinions.
