Parameter query output to form

Hi guys,



I'm a bit of a databases beginner, so hoping someone here can help me out.

Ive got a database with a simple parameter query to search for a customer. What I need to do is to get the results from the query to display on a form, along with the rest of the customer's details.

Can you suggest the best way to do this
