Access Crashes on rerun of autoexec/login form

Hello all - I have a program with a logout function which closes all objects, then re-runs the autoexec macro.

The autoexec macro calls a login form and validates username/password, then sets environment variables based on dlookups.

Everything works fine on the first pass of the autoexec/login form, but if the user logs out, the autoexec is rerun, then upon login validation, access crashes and displays the following errors.

I have searched both the login form and the subsequent form that login calls for BeforeUpdate and ValidationRule properties, but I can't find any.

Any ideas on these error message is appreciated. Thanks...

    More info:

If I change the logout function so that it does not re-run the autoexec macro, and then I rerun the autoexec macro manually, everything works fine.

Also, the Access Crash mentioned in the subject line is just that, Access stops responding and the user is prompted with a Windows error message/prompt to restart the program.
