Create a query With a Calculated Field

Hello Everyone. Sites like this are just wonderful.

If someone could help me I would really appreciate it.

How do I create a query displaying all records in a table, selecting the CompanyName, City, and Phone field to be sorted in ascending order by Company name.

Then adding a calculated field ContactName as the first column to reflect ContactFirstName, and a space, and the ContactLastName?

Can anyone help me out? Thank you sooo very much.
