Some of you know me. I've got 15 years or so working with Access, Excel and VBA. Almost exclusively Access lately. I've done tons of report development and developed some pretty complex queries against an Oracle database writing staight SQL. I feel like I've got a pretty good handle on the basics of relational databases. I certainly need to polish up on some of the details I don't use very often. So that's my general background. As I've discussed elsewhere, IT departments don't think much of VBA and Access. I'm mid to late career, but I'm working a contract job that will only go on so long. What I'm really looking for is advice on what kind of training to get that leverages my current experience. I'm not entirely against it, but a B.S. in Computer Science is a bit too ambitious. Almost all my training has come on the job. Whatever outside training/education I go for I want to be focused and directed. It's all about the Benjimans right now, if you know what I mean.
What do you advise.
