    Macro Command ImportExportText

    Good morning,
I am probably being particularly dense, but am (easily) confused.
Prior to the upgrade to Access 2010 and for the last 12 years I have used a Macro to import several comma delimited files into Access. The macro command was ImportExportText and worked really well. The only problem ever experienced was if the user did not follow the file-naming conventions.

It would now appear that I can now longer do this? For the past three months I have sat and done this manually. I did save the import steps and performed them one by one. However, as these 8 imports are only part of the monthly macro, this is becoming a real mission. I am also now in a position where I have to do the work normally done by the user.
I have very minimal VBA skills and would like to know what the solution would be. I need the user to prepare the files for input, log into Access, press a button and perform the monthly update, including the file imports.
What is my next step forward please/

Yes .. thank you that describes exactly what happened. I followed and got to the stage where I must download the Hotfix. Just need to figure out which one to load? The warning messages were quite scary :-). I am also going to check the other option of changing the specification sequence if possible to match the macro sequence (ass suggested).
