    required field error

    Hi,



    Please find attached bitmap image. In my project i was delete all the data in tables. in this oldtractor_repairs all fields are required. so in the table required property set to yes. i want to enter first record in repair details i got an error.Before delete the data it works well. data is taken when i enter data in repair fields. when i select in listbox click on find above fields came automatically. then pressing tab it gives error . how to solve this problem.
    if the recorset is bof =true then enter the fields i tried like this but its not working.


    Please help me as early as possible.

    I would have to examine db if you want to provide. Follow instructions at bottom of my post.

    Does the REPAIR_DATE field in the OLDTRACTOR_REPAIRS table indicate that Required = Yes?

    As June7 says - post a copy to get more help.

    yes, repair_date field set to yes in table. when i want to enter first record from the form the cursor not placed on the field how can i solve this

    Hi,

    Its not possible to provide db. when i open a form , when i place the cursor in datasheet view form to enter details of repair_date etc it is allowing. but when select from the list and click on find the list details is placed on the textboxes after that cursor not placed to the repair_date field why. Please help me.

    Sorry, can't help. There could be any number of causes for your issue. I can't determine which without examining database.
