Stop Duplicate name entry

Plz help me

I have one Form & Table. I am making customer list, But i dont want a duplicate name, so how i control or stop duplicate name when i do entry.

You could set the Indexed property of the name field in the table to: Yes (No Duplicates)
but how will you enter data for a second customer with the same name as an existing customer? There are many people with the name "John Smith" for example.
