Hello Folks,
I'm a musician using access to keep track of venues, bookings and comments on venues. These are in three tables linked by a field ClubID
Thanks to suggestions from your colleagues in the query forum I have created a report of Venues and two subreports of bookings and comments.
Eventually I intend to end up with a different page for each venue as I have no intention of printing this off.
This works well, I am aiming now to add a couple of controls to the report.
One to allow me to add a booking and one to allow me to add a comment.
These would be macros that would open the relevant form and allow me to add the data then close the form.
I shouild be able to handle this.
My questions are;
Is it possible to then "refresh" the report so that the new entry shows without having to close the report and run it again.
Can I have the report reopen on the page I was on.
I could live without either of these features but they would be a nice add on. I'm the only one using this database so I don't have to worry too much about error handling or security.
Thank You
Mike
