Filter out "Completed" items from subform

I have a form/subform in which the subform is a continuous list of issues/risks. When these issues/risks are rectified and marked as "Complete", I'd like them to no longer show up on the subform.

Is their a way to do this?

    Than you,

Make the record source for your sub form a query and filter out (in the criteria of the query) any completed records.
